Between the days October 4th and 6th takes place in the city of Cordoba International Congress of Food Science and Technology Córdoba 2022 (CICyTAC). This VIII edition, in addition to the presence of renowned speakers from the local and international media, will present two innovative proposals in its format. It’s about hosting workshops that aim to target a business audience and make a real impact on the industry.

At the same time, it aims to achieve interaction between the various actors in the sector during the “round table” dynamic; Assessing the need for innovation and development of meat products in the region; show the contact routes between the academy and the company and give professional consultants examples of interactions between science and technology and the company.

The activity will take place on October 5 from 10:30am to 1:00pm at the Brigadier General Juan Bautista Bustos Convention Center in Room D.

Workshop on formulating healthy foods (front labeling)

This workshop is intended for companies, professional consultants, technological linkers and specialists in nutrition and formulation. Its objectives are to provide tools useful in the customization and reformulation of products based on the nutritional profile established in Law 27.642 for the Promotion of Healthy Eating (Front Labeling).

In addition, this meeting will present successful cases of technology linking science and business to improve the nutritional profile of food; They will share experiences in connecting science and technology – companies for the development of clean label products.

About CICyTAC 2022

The International Congress of Food Science and Technology Córdoba 2022 (CICyTAC) aims to contribute to the development of new foods and technologies in production processes by presenting conferences of high scientific-technical quality, and also to promote the culture of linkage and transfer technology between science and production.

This VIII edition will take place from October 4th to 6th in the city of Cordoba, in the Congress Center in the Exhibition Complex of that city.
