It is about one free projectwhich is aimed at and offers to women entrepreneurs in Spain Seminars, personal advice and training resources so that they can easily start exporting and clear their doubts about internationalization, exchange experiences and network.
The first session of the program took place this week as part of a webinar sponsored by UPS in partnership with the Seville Chamber of Commerce and Empresarias Sevillanas.
The webinar was attended by senior company representatives such as: RomanLawrenceCEO of UPS Spain and Portugal, in her first role since appointment.
“According to ICEX, only a fifth of export companies in Spain are managed or owned by women. If SMEs are the engine of our economy, women are one of the most valuable assets we have.”stressed Lorenzo.
During the virtual meeting, the participants of the program could learn inspirational case studies and enjoy hands-on sessions where they had the opportunity to put themselves to the test.
The businesswomen were also able to solve issues of great interest for their professional development related to the importance of export, the implementation of international transport and the documentation necessary to carry out these processes.
